MapTiler Mobile App Source Code License Agreement
This MapTiler Mobile App Source Code License Agreement (“License Agreement”), alongside with General Terms located at: https://maptiler.com/terms/ (“General Terms”), which are incorporated by reference (this License Agreement and the General Terms are collectively referred to as “Terms”) governs the use of MapTiler Mobile Application Source Code (“Source Code”) which is a Product of MapTiler team represented by MapTiler AG (“MapTiler”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning as defined in General Terms. In case of any conflict between the General Terms and this License Agreement, the License Agreement shall prevail.

1. Grant of License

License Subject to the Terms, MapTiler hereby grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Source Code solely for the purpose specified in this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use and Restrictions

License Only. The Source Code provided to you under this License Agreement is licensed to you, not sold. MapTiler reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Fee. You shall pay to MapTiler a license fee specified during the purchasing process.

Updates. Updates or upgrades of the Source Code (“Updates”) developed by MapTiler are not part of the License and have to be purchased separately. Contact us at sales@maptiler.com.

One Application Only. You may use the Source Code or parts thereof to create one application only. You are not granted a multi-license. Use for more than one application must be licensed separately. You can’t use the Source Code in any application allowing an end user to customize a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application.

Modified Form Only. The Source Code can only be used after modifications. Your application must have a different look and feel (colors, layout, icons, etc.), you may not use the Source Code “as-is” or with superficial modifications for creating your application.

No Association with MapTiler. You may not use the word “MapTiler” in connection with any application where the Source Code or part thereof will be used. Your application may not be presented as associated or affiliated with “MapTiler” in any way. Naturally, if you use MapTiler maps in your application then the correct map attribution must be present.

No Redistribution. Source Code and any part thereof may be used only by you and only in connection with your own application. You may not resell or redistribute, rent, lease, lend, sell or sublicense the Source Code or any part thereof. The application you create using the Source Code or any part thereof may be copied according to your wishes.

3. Delivery of the Source Code

Source Code is delivered to the youvia private GitHub repository without undue delay after the license fee payment.

4. Open source libraries

Dependencies. You are aware that the Software depends on open-source libraries and that these dependencies are available under separate licenses.

Third Party Licenses. You are also aware that these dependencies may be provided with notices and open source licenses from the global community of open source developers and/or third parties that govern the use of those portions, and agrees that any licenses granted hereunder do not alter any rights and obligations you may have under such open source licenses.
