Interactive location searches on offline maps
Adding search capabilities to your offline maps is simple. Once you have Server 4.7 installed, you just need to follow these steps:
- Download the indexes using the link provided
- Test that they work in the Server Admin Interface
- Start using them in the live environment
Host maps and geocoding together on-prem
Always have your search results visible on the map when you sync your maps with the geocoding indexes.

On-prem globes
Visualize your maps, data, and search results on a globe! MapTiler server 4.7 enables you to view the world as it is in real life, providing a more accurate representation of your data, distances between search results, and all spatial information in general.
This development aligns our offline capabilities with our online maps, so you can now benefit from all the options in our online map design tool. All you need to do is select the globe and any of the other options when creating your style, and then download them for use, either offline or in your secure, on-premises environments.
