Immersive 3D models on maps for real estate marketing

Engaging customers is one of the best ways to boost your real estate marketing and drive sales. Adding a GeoSplat to your website lets buyers explore properties and the surrounding area. It is the perfect way to engage prospective clients and keep them coming back to you.

GeoSplats let you embed an interactive 3D model into your website or app, so users can experience the location without visiting it. Your users don’t need to download any software, and the interface is easy to use. Users will keep coming back to you if you make it easy to shortlist the properties they want to invest their time in visiting in person.

Add price labels above properties in 3D models of cities

What's next for GeoSplats?

Next, we will include terrain blending so your models sit more naturally in the landscape. We are also adding markers and annotations to GeoSplats. This will let you highlight the features that help sell the property in the context of the building, or to place prices and other details above multiple properties if you have a model of an entire town or city!

You will be able to add details such as price, number of bedrooms, or label features within the property such as access points, garden size, or parking areas.
